Gary and Kathi Oates. During thirty years of pastoral ministry, Gary and Kathi Oates have planted five churches. Andrew Miller, LCSW, has practiced as a professional individual, marriage and family therapist for the past fifteen years. The bulk of his practice is focused on resolving dissociation and trauma in those suffering from abuse. Andy actively incorporates biblical healing principles with sound clinical practice. In addition to his counseling practice, he is a faculty member of the Center for Biblical Studies in Tallahassee, Florida and currently serves as the director for Tallahassee Healing Prayer Ministries. He resides in Tallahassee with his wife, Lisa, and their son Nathaniel. |

Scott Flanagan, PhD, taught at Florida State University for 35 years until his retirement in 2005. For the past ten years, Scott has been involved as a lay minister in inner healing and has been teaching and training prayer ministers since 1999. He serves on the Boards of Gary Oates Ministries and the Center for Biblical Studies (a Christian College & Seminary) as well as chairing the Curriculum and Training Committee of the Tallahassee Healing Prayer Ministries. He lives in Tallahassee, Florida with his wife, Rita. |

Ed and Maritza are the co-founders of Equipping Hearts for the Harvest, which is a non-profit ministry that serves people suffering from the devastation of addiction, trauma and abuse in the US and throughout the world. With over 35 years of experience serving hurting men and women, Ed and Maritza have helped train leaders and workers from over 40 nations from every inhabited continent to serve this population. They have extensive experience in a variety of church and recovery settings, including pastoral and outpatient counseling, Christ-centered and secular residential treatment programs, halfway houses, jails and programs for the homeless. Ed was ordained to the ministry in 1988, and Maritza has a Masters Degree in Counseling, and is a Certified Addictions Professional. Ed and Dr. Jim Wilder are the creators of the “Thriving: Recover Your Life Program,” which incorporates foundation research about the brain with Biblical principles of healing. |

Our vision for this gathering is to provide opportunities for prayer experiences and training to heal emotional woundedness as keys to experiencing the supernatural realm. This gathering will be marked with passionate worship and dynamic teaching and ministry.
